黑鲷视网膜光感受细胞超微结构研究
Study on the Ultrastructure of Photoreceptors in the Retina of Sparus macrocephalus Basilewsky
【摘要】 黑鲷视网膜中存在视杆.单锥和孪生双锥三种感光细胞.视杆外段膜盘为游离膜盘,而视锥外段膜盘相互连接,为连续的膜结构,视杆和视锥均有连接纤毛和辅助外段连接内外段,视锥的辅助外段特别明显.辅助外段可能具有支持外段、传导视觉冲动和输送物质等功能.
【Abstract】 There are three kinds of photorecc-ptors in the retina of Spartis maerocephalus Basilewsky:rods,single cones and twin cones. The disks of the rod outer segment are free floating ones, but those of cone outer segment connect each other. Bothe rods and cones have connecting cilium and accessory outer segment (AOS)to connect inner and outer segment. The AOS of cones are more evident. The AOS may have the function of supporting outer segment,conducting visu al implus and transporting materials etc.
