胃癌细胞诱导分化中核骨架与DNA合成的关系
Studies on the Relation Between the Nuclear Matrix and DNA Synthesis During Induced Differentiation of Gastric Carcinoma Cells
【摘要】 人胃腺癌细胞MGc80-3的核骨架结构紊乱,纤维粗细不匀,但在3×10-5mol/L亚硒酸钠诱导处理后,细胞核骨架结构表现为有组织的均匀分布的网络结构.同时,诱导处理后细胞核骨架结合DNA的合成量下降2.15倍,细胞内总DNA的合成量下降2.56倍,表明细胞核骨架组织化程度与DNA合成有一定相关性.
【Abstract】 The nuclear matrix structure of human gastric adenocarcinoma cell MGc80-3 was very disordered,some nuclear matrix filaments were thiek,and others thin. After treated with 3×10-6 mol/L sodium selenite,the nuclear matrix filaments were distributed evenly,forming an orderly network. Meantime, the amount of symbesized nuclear matrix associated with DNA decreased 2. 15 times,and the amount of synthesized cell/gross DNA decreased 2. 56 limes, which revealed that the state of organization of the nuclear matrix was relative to DNA synthesis.
