【摘要】 设计人将流动注射技术、氢化物发生装置和分光光度法有机地结合在一起研制出了一种基于新银盐法的快速测砷仪器。该仪器不使用任何载气,采用双阀流动注射系统和单波长光电检测器完成砷的快速测定。通过对仪器的测试和应用方面的研究,证明该仪器具有性能稳定可靠、操作简单、灵敏度高、样品用量少、分析速度快和线性范围可调等优点,在冶金、食品、化工分析和环境监测等领域有广泛的应用前景。该项成果已经获得中国专利,专利号92232699.1。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new flow injection analysis (FIA) instrument with hydice generation spectrophotometric detection was designed and made by ourseles for the fast determination of trace arsenic. This instrument operates without any carrying gas. The mixing solution of silver nitrate-polyvinyl alcoholethanol was used for the absorption of arsenic hydride. Dual sample valves and single wave length detector were used in the instrument. The experimental results of the arsenic determination verified that the main advantage of this instrument are: good stability, easy operating, high sensitivity, less sample consuming, and rapid determination (30 samples/h), in addition, the good reproducibility was obtained and the linear rang is controllable. This instrument can be extensively used for the environmental monitoring, chemical industry, metallurgical industry, food analysis and other analysis areas.
