【Abstract】 The working principle and property of the instrument for the sorting and evaluation of piston is introduced. By comparison measuring principle the instru. ment uses induetance profe as measuring sensor. The 8031 singlepr—IC—ocessor is used for-sampling results calculating, and operation controlling of instrument. The general measuring accuracy is less than 1μm and the measuring cycle of one piston is 9 seconds.更多还原
