灰色线性规划模型在河流水质规划中的应用

【摘要】 鉴于确定性水质规划模型的局限性,本文首先建立了河流水污染控制系统的灰色线性规划模型。然后,对具有不同类型约束条件的灰色线性规划模型及其灰数解法进行了讨论,以便于应用和更好地决策。计算结果表明,本文建立的灰色线性规划模型能较好地反映水污染控制系统中主要不确定性因素的影响,并可直接求解,简便易行。特别是根据模型的灰数解进行决策时,可以比较灵活而充分的考虑模型(包括水质模型)中一些无法描述的因素的作用以及有关实际问题的特点与具体要求等,从而使决策结果更加符合实际,而根据确定性模型的解或灰色模型的确定白化解决策则不易做到这一点。

【Abstract】 Considering the deficiency of deterministic water quality programming models, the grey linear programming modcl of water pollution control system for rivers is proposed first in this paper. In order to make it more applicable in decision making, the gcneral grey linear programming models with different constraints and the mcthod of obtaining their grey solutions are discussed. The calculated results demonstrate that the grey model can explain the effccts of the main uncertain factors in water pollution control system. Especially whcn decision is made based on the grey solution of the grey model, csscntial compromise is given to the effects of some factors which can not be easily included in the. dctermistic model (planning and water quality model), the characteristics and some pcculiar requircmcnts of, real problcms, so as to make the dccision agree better with the objcctive reality.
