单缸电液伺服垂直激振系统的理论分析和实验识别
THEORETICAL ANALYSIS AND EXPERIMENTAL IDENTIFICATION ON THE SINGLE-CYLINDER ELECTROHYDRAULIC SERVO VERTICAL EXCITING SYSTEM
【摘要】 单缸电液伺服垂直激振系统是组成振动实验台的基本子系统,本文首先建立了该系统的力学模型、数学模型及系统的方框图,其次对电液伺服阀和单缸激振系统进行了实验以别,得出了它们的传递函数的数学表达式。这些方法对实际设计具有指导作用。
【Abstract】 Single-cylinder dlectrohydraulic servo vertical exciting system is a basic subsystem which conslitucs a vibratory test table. Firstly the mechanics model, mathcmatical model and flowchart of this system have been developed in the article. Secondly the identifications are cxperimently made for clectrohydraulic servo valvc.and single-cylinder exciting system ,and their mathematical expressions of transfer function arc derived. This methods dcscriblcd in the paper are of guiding significance for practical design.
