【摘要】 本研究证实小睾丸萨能奶山羊有3种类型,即发育一般和发育较差的两种正常公羊,以及一种间性学。间性羊的特征是:血液鼓槌数在正常母羊范围内(3个以上);4月龄血浆睾酮水平接近发育良好的正常公羊值;4月龄睾丸曲细精管萎缩、变性、坏死、无精子发生。认为这三个特征可作为小睾丸间性羊的早期诊断指标。鼓槌计数和精液检查,方法简便而可靠,可在生产中应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study has proven that there are three types of small-testicle Saanonkids--i. e. two types of average and poor development male kids,and one type of inter-sextual kids. The characteristics of small-testicle intersextual kids are in the followings; the number of blood drumstick are over three,i, e. belonging to the normal range of female goat;the testosterone concentration in four-month-old kid is very similar to that of the same aged normal buck kid; and the semi-niferous tubules become atrophy and local necrosis in the four-month-old kid. Accordingly, the above three characteristics can be considered as the diagnostic indexes for small-testicle intersexual kids. The method used in counting drumstick and examing semen is simple and reliable in practical production.更多还原
