科技扶贫成效综合评价研究
Comprehensive Evaluation of Supporting the Poor Through Sciences and Technologies
【摘要】 采用层次分析法,对科技扶贫成效综合评价问题进行了分析探讨,提出了综合评价原则、指标体系、评价方法及应用实例。
【Abstract】 This paper analyses the problems in the comprehensive evaluation of results in supporting the poor through sciences and technologies using stratum analytical method. As a result, the comprehensive evaluation principles, index system, evaluation me thod and some examples were suggested in this paper.
