用染色体工程方法提高小麦耐盐性的研究
THE STUDY OF IMPROVING SALT TOLERANCE OF WHEAT BY CHROMOSOME ENGINEERING
【摘要】 对天选15、天选15—4D缺体和天选15(4D)-黑麦(4R)异代换系在盐胁迫营养液培养后,植株高度、干重及地上部K~+、Na~+含量分析表明,普通小麦4D染色体对耐盐性有重要作用;黑麦4R染色体代换普通小麦4D染色体后能显著提高受体品种的耐盐性。
【Abstract】 The height, dry weight and ion concentrations of shoots of Tianxuan 15, Tianxuan 15 nullisomics (4D) and Tianxuan 15 (4D) —rye (4R) substitution lines in saline hydroponic culture were analysed. The results demonstrate that chromosome 4D plays an important role in salt tolerance of common wheat and that chromosome 4Rean significantly improve salt tolerance of receiver variety.
