【Abstract】 Insoluble nuclear antigens in tumor necrotic regions can be used as targets for radioimmunodetection and radioimmunotherapy. In the present experiment, we have prepared and characterized monoclonal antibodies (McAbs) against nuclear antigens of human tumor cells. Preliminary studies on biodistribution of radiolabelled McAbs against nuclear antigens indicated that the McAbs could reach the necrotic regions of tumors.更多还原
