茶毛虫核型多角体病毒在茶园自然条件下稳定性的研究

【摘要】 研究了在茶园自然条件下,茶毛虫多角体病毒(NPV)致病活性的残效期、不同叶片涂布病毒后致病活力保持的强度以及降雨对病毒致病力的影响等。试验表明,在茶园自然条件下,涂叶22天后,茶毛虫的死亡率仍达57.3%,叶片不同部位,感染死亡率差异不大,降雨对其也无较大影响。

【Abstract】 This study shows that Euproctis pseudoconspersa NPV do not lose their infective capacities under natural conditions in a tea garden. The mortality of E. pstudoconspersa NPV is 57.3%with in 22 days after the deposit polyhedra on the tea leaves to be exposed to weathering conditions,especially sunlight. Generally,rain drops do not seem to be the important virus-inactivating factor. Presumably because of the tea leaves cover up with each other,no significant differences in the virus mortality between the back and the surface of leaves. The application of virus in the tea garden can be a better biological control measure for the pest.
