机械加工工艺设计自动化的数学模拟
Mathematic Simulation of the Mechanical Process Design Automation
【摘要】 本文提出一种实现工艺设计自动化的有效方法——用谓词函数描述工艺过程设计并采用PROLOG语言作为编程的语言工具。给出了工艺设计函数的3种表达形式。深入分析了影响工艺设计的工艺因素及其相互作用,列出了工艺设计中15种谓词逻辑表达式,叙述了由谓词逻辑式转化为PROLOG程序的过程和实例。
【Abstract】 This paper shows that the process planning described by logical precticate function and the use of PROLOG language as the programming tools are the effective way of automa- tion. There are three expressions of process planning function in the paper. And the paper fur- ther analyzes the factors which effect the process planning and actions respectively. Here arc some expressions of logical predicates, and the procedure and examples transfered from logi- cal predicate expressions to PROLOG programs are presented. ’
