强化混凝除油试验研究

【摘要】 通过静态吸附试验和强化混凝试验,得出了常用几种吸附剂吸附矿物油特性和它们的强化混凝效果。静态吸附试验表明:膨润土、活性炭、沸石和滑石粉吸附矿物油能力由强到弱的顺序为活性炭、膨润土、滑石粉和沸石。推出了它们吸附矿物油的等温式;当以活性炭、膨润土、滑石粉和石灰为助剂(投加量30mg/L),强混凝处理含油废水时,它们分别使矿物油去除率提高了16%、15.2%、6.3%、32.0%。

【Abstract】 Characteristics of several common adsorbents adsorping mineral oil andtheir influence on coagulation are obtained by static adsorption and intensifying co-aglation test. It is shown that sequence of adsorbents’ ability for adsorping mincral oilfrom strength to weakness is activated carbon, bentonite, taicum and fluorite by staticadsorption test, and their isotherm equation are derived. When activated carbon, ben-tonite, talcum and lime are used as aid agents (dosage 30mg/L) to intensify coagulation,they improve oil removal 16%, 15.2%, 6.2% and 32.0% respectively.
