机构振动力优化平衡的一种新方法——谐波分量双幅值法及均方根值综合优化平衡法
A NEW METHOD FOR THE DYNAMIC OPTIMUM BALANCE OF SHAKING FORCE AND MOMENT OF LINKAGES
【摘要】 分析了激振力引起系统的激振和响应之间的关系,指出了振动力谐波分量均方根(RMS)值法和传统均方根值法进行机构优化平衡时的主要区别,提出了用振动力谐波分量的双幅值Bmax和RMS值加权和为目标函数的优化方法.用此法进行机构的优化平衡比用传统的RMS值法更能有效地减小系统的振动响应.
【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the relationship between the response of the system and its excitation which is caused by the shaking force or moment. Since the shaking force or moment can be expressed as a Fourier series which consists of a constant component and the harmonic components, the authors propose the weighted sum of the root-mean-square(RMS*)and the binary-maximum(Bmax**)of the shaking force harmonic components as an objective function,and point out that the new method is different from the traditional RMS shaking force optimization. As an example. The two methods are used in the dynamic balancing of a sewing machine. The calculating and experimental results show that the system response using the new method is less than that of the traditional RMS method.
