【摘要】 基于应由粘土在松散型砂中的分布状态来评价混砂质量的想法,本文提出了一种观测型砂颗粒截面以研究粘土在砂粒表面分布的实验方法.在不同混砂时间时,对砂粒表面粘土膜的厚度、粘土膜的均匀性和型砂中的成膜粘土量进行了测量及计算,获得粘土分布随混砂时间而变化的规律,并与型砂性能的变化相对应.更多还原

【Abstract】 It was proposed that the suitability of mulling sand mixture should be determined by the distribution of clay in loose moulding sand. Based on this idea,a new technique for semiquantitative examining the distribution of clay on the surface of sand grains was developed. By observing and measuring the sections of the samples of loose sand mixture bound by epoxy resin under stereomicroscope,the thickness of the clay coating on the sand grains,the uniformity of the thickness and the total weight of coating clay are measured and calculated for the moulding sand with different mulling time. The characteristics of the distridution of clay are corresponding to the properties of moulding sand.更多还原
