【Abstract】 It is possible that both surface and underground water resources exist in a drainage area. The problem about how to exploit and use these water resources is of strategic significance. Concerning with typical drainage areas, this paper analyzed the conditions of the water resources of suitable surfaces and underground regulation-storage.
