【Abstract】 This paper is a rescarch report involued the chemical composition design, microsfruc-ture, manufacturing process, technology properties, wear tests, application properties andfield tests of a high chromium cast iron spraying powder. Properties of the alloy powderGL01 is better, while the production cost is lower than that ferrous base spraying powdersemployed extensively by domesfic users.
