合成橡胶对水泥浆体流变性能的改善

【摘要】 本文研究了丁苯橡胶乳液对普通硅酸盐水泥浆体流变性能的影响。采用旋转式粘度仪,测定了丁笨橡胶乳液掺加剂量不同及水灰比不同时水泥浆体在凝结前不同时刻的流变曲线。同时分析了其触变性与丁苯橡胶掺加剂量及浆体不挠动时间之间的关系。从而明显而直观地描述了丁苯橡胶乳液对水泥浆体流变性能的改善。

【Abstract】 This work had studied the modification for flow characteristics of portland cement pastemixed with styrene-butadiene latex. With a rotary viscosimeter, the flowing curve of cementpaste with different mixed amount of styrene-butadiene latex in different water/cement ratiobefore the solidifing of cemet paste was measured. Moreover the relation between thethixotropy and the mixed amount of styrene-buladiene latex and the still period of cementpaste was analysed. Thereby this work had described the modification for flow characteris-tics of cement paste mixed with styrene-butadiene evidently.
