32例脑性瘫痪患儿甲襞与耳廓微循环观察
Observation of Nailfold and Auricular Microcirculation in 32 Cases with Cerebral Palsy
【摘要】 对32例脑性瘫痪患儿甲襞与耳廓微循环进行观察。结果显示:脑性瘫痪患儿甲襞微循环在形态、流态积分值及综合积分值上均高于健康儿;耳廓微循环中微血管畸形发生率及细静脉RBC聚集发生率,脑瘫组均高于健康组,而细静脉流速则脑瘫组明显较健康组减慢;脑瘫患儿耳廓与甲襞微循环中RBC聚集发生率及粒流、粒缓流出现率,耳廓均较甲襞为高,而脑瘫患儿微血管畸形发生率在甲襞与耳廓无显著差异。
【Abstract】 Nailfold and auricular microcirculation were observed in 32 patients with cerebral palsy (CP). The results showed that multiple quantitative evaluation of nailfold microcirculation vascular shape and blood flow pattern and total multiple scores in patients were significantly higher than those in the normal control group; in auricular microcirculation, both microvessel deformity rate and RBC aggregation rate in patients were remarkably higher than those in normal group; blood flow velocity in venule were markedly slower in patients than that in normal; in cerebral palsy patients, RBC aggregation rate and granular-flow & granular-slowly-flow occuring rates in auricular were higher than those in nailfold, but microvessel deformity rate had no significantly difference between in nailfold and in auricular of cerebral palsy patients.
