【摘要】 采用田牛加权积分法,对正常及高血压病人各30例作了球结膜微循环检查;并同时测定微血管灌流百分比.结果:1.病人组总积分、形态积分、流态积分高于正常,而周围状态积分则与正常人无明显差异。2.灌流百分比低于正常。3.灌流百分比与形态、总积分值显著负相关。结论:高血压病可表现为明显的微循环障碍,而上述指标则是衡量微循环病变的良好方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using the methods of weighting integrate value, observation of bulbar conjunctiva microcirculation has been studied in 30 cases of patients and normal peoples respectively. At the same time, the percentage of the perfused microvascular was measured. Results; 1. Weighting integrate value of vascular shape, blood flow pattern and total scores in patients were significantly higher than those in normal peoples. 2. The percentage of perfused microvascular (PPM) in patients was lower. 3. There was a high negative correlation between PPM and weighting integrate value of vascular shape and total scores. It suggested that hypertension can appear obvious microcirculation disturbance and above items are good methods to evaluate the degree of microcirculapathy.更多还原
