长梗木霉纤维素酶的产生及提取

【摘要】 对长梗木霉(Trichoderma Longibrachiatum)ANU3-958纤维素酶的产生及提取进行了研究。结果表明,固体曲培养144小时,固体曲与浸提液比例为1:7(W/V),采用硫酸铵分级沉淀法时所得纤维素酶活力最高。所得冻干纤维素酶粉经测定:羧甲基纤维素(CMC)酶活最高为2788.89IU/g,滤纸糖酶活(FPA)最高为79.44IU/g。相对固体曲得率平均为13.28%。

【Abstract】 The cellulase production and extraction from Trichoderma Longibrachiatum ANU3-958 were reported. The results indicated that maximum enzyme activity can be obtained when the fungus was grown on a solid medium for 144 hours, the proportion between the solid culture and the extracting agent was about 1:7(W/V) and extract was precipitated twice by adding solid (NH42SO4. Cellulase powder obtained by freeze drying was analysed for its related enzyme activities. The highest CMC and FPA enzyme activity are about 2788.89IU/g enzyme powder and 79.44IU/g enzyme powder respectively. The yield for the solid culture is about 13.28% averagely.
