用基因工程重组的HBcAg制备抗HBc单克隆抗体及临床应用
Preparation of Anti-HBc Monoclonel Antibodies and Study on Clinical Application
【摘要】 用基因工程重组的HBcAg免疫,得到五株分泌抗HBC的单克隆抗体细胞株,特异性结合效价1:200000以上,抗体活性在56℃8小时及pH2.8~9.6稳定。用此单抗制备的ELISA抗HBc检测试剂盒,其灵敏度及特异性均达到中国药品生物制品检定所标准。
【Abstract】 Five cell lines secreting anti-HBc monoclonal antibodies were established by using gene engineering expressed HBcAg as immunogen. The inhibition titers of the McAbs can be above ; :20000.Aatibodios remain the activity when the temperature up to 56℃for at least 8h and stable in pH 2.8-9.6.Using these antibodies, we made up the ELISA kit to detect anci-HBc in human plasma or serum, Tho reageats aro specific and sensitive and can pass the examination by standard of national institute for the control of pharmaceutical and biological products.
