紫外线和微波联合照射对大鼠PGE2、cAMP和细胞免疫功能影响的研究
Combined effects of ultraviolet and microwave on PGE2,cAMP and cellular immunity function of rats
【摘要】 SD大鼠分别照射微波(MW)、长波紫外线(UVA)、短波紫外线(UVC)、UVA +MW和 UVC+MW。结果表明,UVA 或 UVC单独照射均引起血浆前列腺素E2(PGE2)、血液淋巴细胞的环磷腺苷酸(cAMP)、酸性α-乙酸萘酯酶阳性细胞(ANAE+)的分散颗粒型细胞(DG)百分比升高,血液淋巴细胞的ANAE+百分比、ANAE+的斑块颗粒型细胞(MG)和MG/DG比值降低;MW 单独照射引起血液淋巴细胞的ANAE+、MG和MG/DG降低、DG升高,PGE2 和cAMP无显著变化;UVA+MW或UVC+MW联合照射均引起PGE2和cAMP明显升高,呈相乘作用;DG升高、ANAE+、MG和MG/DG降低,呈相加作用。
【Abstract】 Five groups of male SD rats were irradiated by microwave (MW), long wavolength ultr-aviolet (UVA), short wavelength ultraviolet (UVC), UVA+MW and UVC+MW respectively,and one control group without irradiation. Dose of UVA or UVC was 3 minimal erythema dos-es daily for 14 days, and intensity of MW (2450 MHZ) was 10mW/cm~2 one hour daily for 3 da-ys. In combined irradiated groups CUV+MW), the rats were irradiated with UV, and additi-onally with MW in the last three days.The results showed that-both UVA and UVC in aloneirradiation induced increase in PGE2 and cAMP,and in percentage of acid alphanaphthyl acet-ate esterase positive (ANAE~+) blood lymphocytes with disperse granules (DG), and decreasein percentage of ANAE~+ lymphocytes with massive granules (MG), ANAE~+% and MG/DG inLC.MW irradiation induced decrease in ANAE~+%, MG% and MG/DG, increase in DG%; PGE2and cAMP were without any changes.In UVA+MW or UVC+MW both groups increase in PGE2and cAMP were observed that indicating Potentiating action, other indices aboved mentionedbad additive action.
