二氧化硅对人红细胞膜ATPase和乙酰胆碱脂酶的影响
The Interaction of Silica Dust with Human Erythrocyte Membrane ATPase and AChE
【摘要】 本研究探讨了二氧化硅粉尘对人红细胞膜乙酰胆碱脂酶(AChE)、Na+、K+-ATPase 和 Ca2--ATPase 的相互作用。结果显示二氧化硅具有吸附 AChE 的能力,对 Ca2+-ATPase 活性有一定抑制,而 Na+、K+-ATPase 活性有所上升。提示二氧化硅在损伤细胞膜的过程中对膜酶也会产生影响。
【Abstract】 Silica dust has the ability of damaging human erythrocyte membrane in vitro,but the me-chanism is still unknown.This work has studies the effect of silica on memtrane AChE andATPase.The result showed that silica can absorb the AChE onto its surface.The activity ofNa.+K+-ATPase was incresed,but activity of Ca2+-ATPase was decresed by silica.The resultsindicated that silica hemolysis action is related with the function changes of membrane enzy-mes.
