球铁与铜扩散接合的研究
Research on Diffusion Bonding of Spheroidal Graphite Cast Iron and Copper
【摘要】 采用自制的小型真空扩散接合装置,进行了球铁与铜扩散接合试验研究。系统研究了工艺参数对接合质量的影响,分析了中间垫片在接合过程中的作用,对试样的预处理、接合区的原子迁移行为也进行了研究。镍箔是球铁与铜扩散接合理想的中间垫片;试样表面预处理对接合质量有重要影响。
【Abstract】 The experimental research on’diffusion bonding of spheroidal graphite cast iron and copper is conducted by adopting the self-made equipment of small vacuum diffusion bonding. The influence of technological parameters on the bonding quality is systematical researched. The action of intermediate sheet in the process of bonding is analyzed and the preproccssing of samples, the atomic transition behaviour in the bonding region are also researched. The nickle foil is the ideal intermediate sheet of the diffusion bonding of spheroidal graphite cast iron and copper. The preprocessing of sample surface gives great influence tO the bonding quality.
