0.15C双相钢丝强度曲线测定及其冷拔硬化率
Strength Determination and Drawing Hardening Rate 0.15C Dual Phase Steel Wire
【摘要】 本文测定了0.15C双相钢丝的拉伸强度-冷拔减面率关系曲线。测定结果表明,曲线遵循指数函数规律,可以用关系式σ_b=Kexp(ndε)来表示。用半对数坐标将曲线直线化后,n_d成为直线的斜率。n_d值可以表示双相钢丝的冷拔硬化率。
【Abstract】 The Curves of Strength-draught have been determined for a 0.15C dual phase steel wire. The results indicate that the curves follow a law of exponential function of ρ_b=Kexp (n_dε). Making straight line on the single logarithm coordinate, n_d is the slope of the straight line, which express the drawing hardening rate of the dual phase steel wire.
