新型节能非烧粘土砖固化机理的研究
Study on the Stablized Mechanism of the New type Energy--saving Non--baked Brick
【摘要】 以中国南方劣质红壤土为主要原料,掺入适宜胶结材料制成的节能非烧砖具有能耗低,投资少,工艺简单等突出优点。本文就南方红壤的土质,胶结材料的类型、结构形成及强度发展规律进行了综合的研究、并用X射线衍射,SEM+EDX、压汞试验、化学分析等方法、研究了新型节能非烧砖的结构形成特征。
【Abstract】 With the Chinese south inferior red soil as the main material plus proper cementitious material, the nol-baked brick has its prominent advantages of low energy-costing, little investment and simple technique etc. The paper presents a comprehensive study on the quality of the south red soil, the type of cementitious material and the structure formation as well as the strength development of the brick. Furthermore, X-ray diffraction, SEM+EDX mercury pressure test, chemical analysis and other means were used to examine the structure formation characteristics of the new type erergy-saving non-baked brick. On the basis of these, the stablized mechanism of this type of brick is put forward.
