计算精馏塔理论塔板数和适宜加料板位置的新方法(Ⅰ)
NEW METHOD ON CALCULATION OF THE NUMBER OF THEORETICAL STAGES AND FEED POIND IN THE DISTILLATION COLUMN
【摘要】 以馏出液组成x_、残液组成x_变化对精馏操作线斜率的影响,利用x_=1.0、x_=0.0时精馏操作线与平衡线的简单解,导出了计算精馏塔理论塔板数和加料板位置的JDM改进关联式,该式直接将理论塔板数和操作参数关联,既可用来计算理论塔板数,又可用来确定加料板位置,其精度优于JDM和Gilliland关联式。
【Abstract】 Considering that the changes in composition of distillate x_ and bottom x_ affect the slops of the operating lines, using the roots of operating line and equilibrium line in x_d=1.0 and x_w= 0.0, a correlation improved JDM is developed. It correlates the number of theoretical stages with the operating parameters directly. Not only the number of stages can be calculated, but feed point also can be determined. The errors to calculate them are smaller than the errors of JDM and Gilliland’s correlation.
