溶胶-凝胶法合成NiO薄膜材料的研究
Research on Synthesis of NiO Films by Sol-Gel Process
【摘要】 用溶胶-凝胶法以 Ni(NO3)2·6H2O 为原料,乙二醇为溶剂制备了 NiO 薄膜.采用光学显微镜及 X 射线衍射仪进行了薄膜显微结构及晶相分析;用分光光度计和光干衍仪分别测量了薄膜的光吸收系数和厚度.结果表明,制备的薄膜是具有面心立方晶格的 NiO;薄膜的电导率为10-6S/cm 数量级;为了得到均匀而不开裂的 NiO 薄膜,涂覆时的垂直引上速度不应超过12cm/min.
【Abstract】 The NiO films have been prepared by sol-gel process using nickel nitrate,Ni(NO3)2·6H2O,as starting material and ethylene glycol as solvent.The morphology of the films was observedby an optical microscope,and crystalline phases of the films were examined by the X-ray diffrac-tometer.The thickness and absorption spectrum of the films were measured by interferometerand spectrophotometer respectively.Results indicate that the crystalline phase of the films isnickel oxide,NiO,which belongs to the cubic system with lattice a0=4.1769(?).Its conductivi-ties are on the order of 10-6S/cm.In order to obtain uniform NiO films,the withdrawal speedshould not exceed 12cm/min.
