ZrO2超细粉的烧结及相关过程研究
Sintering Process of Ultrafine Zirconia Powder and Related Phenomena
【摘要】 本文研究了 ZrO2超细粉的烧结过程,并提出了相应的烧结模型.研究的结果表明,粉末团聚体内的粉末晶体之间发生优先烧结,根据热力学分析,这种优先烧结是通过同类型表面相互结合而实现的,它对于正常的烧结过程没有干扰作用,而粉末团聚体之间的烧结对试样的致密化具有重大影响.同时,本文也讨论了试样表面气孔优先排除及试样表面平坦化这两个相关过程,根据热力学分析,认为这两个过程的作用机理可能是表面扩散及蒸发/凝结.
【Abstract】 The sintering process of ultrafine zirconia powder was studied,and a model was proposed.The research results showed that the crystallites were sintered to polycrystals at comparativelylow temperature.According to thermodynamic analysis,this prior sintering was realized bythe coalescence of the surface of the same type,and it would not disturb the normal sinteringprocess.The sintering due to agglomerations played an important role in the densification of thesample.Meanwhile,the elimination of the surface voids and the smoothing of the sample surfacewere also discussed,and according to thermodynamic analysis,the working mechanisms of thesetwo related processes were considered to by surface diffusion and evaporation/condensation.
