添加Li2CO3的 SrTiO3基晶界层电容器的电镜研究
Study on SrTiO3-based Boundary Layer Capacitor with Li2CO3 Addition by Electron Microscopy
【摘要】 利用 SEM、TEM 和 EDAX 对添加 Li2CO3助烧的 SrTiO3基晶界层电容器的显微结构、相组成及成份分布等进行观察和研究,结果表明,存在着由 CuO 扩散形成的绝缘晶粒边界和组份为Li2O-TiO2-SrO 的晶间液相组成的双晶界显微结构,晶间液相中有各种组成的 Li-Ti-O 析晶相.获得了 eApp>9×104、tgδ<0.01、ρ>1010Ω·cm.ΔC/C<±15%(-30~+85℃)的晶界层电容器.
【Abstract】 The microstructure,phase composition and the element distributions of SrTiO3-basedboundary-layer capacitor in the presence of Li2CO3 as sintering agent were studied by SEM,TEM and EDAX.The results showed that dual grain-boundary microstructure was present,which was composed of Li2O-TiO2-SrO liquid phase layer and insulating layer formed by CuOdiffusion.The secondary crystalline phases were segregated from liqud phase.By optimizing the process the best dielectric characteristics with εApp>9×104,tgδ<0.01,p>1010Ω.cm.ΔC/C<±15%(-30~+85℃)were obtained.
