Mg、Cu及时效对ZA27合金组织和腐蚀特性的影响
The Influence of Alloy Elements Magnesium, Copper and Aging Treatment on Structure and Corrosion Performance of ZA27
【摘要】 研究合金元素Mg和Cu及时效处理时间对ZA27合金的组织和腐蚀特性的影响。研究发现:元素Mg、Cu和时效处理时间对合金的组织转变有较大影响,Mg抑制α和β相的固相转变,而Cu促进α和β相的固态转变,从而影响合金的腐蚀特性。根据盐雾腐蚀试验结果结合组织特征得出:ZA27合金中Mg和Cu的合适加入量分别为0.03%~0.20%Mg、0.5%~2.5%Cu,最佳时效处理时间(250℃时效)为2h适宜。
【Abstract】 It is found that the alloy elements Mg, Cu and the aging time have great influences on the mi-crostructural transformation of Zn-27%Al alloy. Mg would restrain the solid transformation of α and β phases, but Cu would accelerate them, hence these alloying elements can also affect that the corrosion performance of ZA27. According to the results of salt spray test, it is given that the proper contents of alloy elements are: Mg, 0.03%-0.20%; Cu, 0.5%-2.5%, the optimal aging time at 250℃ is about 2 hours.
