光伏空调系统的两相正弦驱动研究
THE STUDY OF TWO-PHASE DRIVING IN PV AIR-CONDITIONING SYSTEM
【摘要】 介绍了一种用于光伏空调系统的SPWM变频器。它可实现单相交流电动机的变频调速,使光伏空调系统连续运行。其控制电路采用8位微处理器和4520SPWM集成电路,主回路采用大功率场效应管和霍耳传感器件,整个系统的开关频率在20kHz以上,大大抑制了空调器的噪声。
【Abstract】 This paper describes a SPWM converter used in PV air-conditioning syslem. The speed of single phase AC induction motor can be changed by means of this converter, so that the PV air-conditioning system can be operated automatically. 8 bits microprocessor and 4520 SPWM IC are used in the control circuits. Power MOSFET and LEM current transducer are used in the main circuit. Thus, the modulation frequency of inverter comes up to 20 kHz. So the noise of the motor is largely reduced and the efficiency of the system becomes higher.
