大面积非晶硅太阳电池的附加能量损失
THE ADDITIONAL ENERGY LOSSES WITH LARGE AREA a-SI SOLAR CELL MODULES
【摘要】 讨论了大面积a-Si电池组件结构缺陷和各层材料光电特性分布不均匀造成的附加能量损失机制及其诊断方法。分析了电池热不稳定性机制及其克服办法。
【Abstract】 The mechanism of the additional enengy losses of photo-electrical conversion energy for the large area a-Si solar cell modules refered to the small area cell and the diagnoses of the large area module are presented. Relationship between the thermal instability of a-Si cell and that of structural defects are analysed.
