【Abstract】 National unified synthetic standards of talent selection for junior gymnasts from 5-12 skeletal age,including morpholo-gy,fitness,function,psychology,basic techniques and coaches evaluation,have been established through the morphologicaland synthetic tests given to large samples of boy and girl gymnasts and the study of skeletal age,morphology,cardiac func-tion index,IQ and the characteristics and law of synthetic reaction of motor-nerve process of gymnasts in different agegroups and different performance levels.In establishing the standards,the methods of experts evaluation and statistics havebeen used to screen all the indexes of talent selection.And in the meantime,talent selection mark can be given accordingto a four-grade system——excellent,good,pass and poor.更多还原
