高水平射击运动员想象射击期间大脑唤醒水平和心率的研究

【摘要】 利用想象竞赛对脑电图α波和心电图 HR 的影响,推测运动员临场射击注意力,企图起到与生物反馈类似的作用。实验结果表明:高水平射击运动员想象竞赛扣扳机期间脑部活动加强,唤醒水平高,交感神经兴奋性提高,心率加快。因此,可以用α波指数,α波段功率谱能量和心率作指标评价大脑唤醒水平,从心理生理学角度测定射击运动员的集中注意力。

【Abstract】 EEG is usually affected by psychological and physiological factors.The study of the level of alertness and heart rateduring the triggering period in an imaginery contest was to predict the spot shooting concentration of athletes by using the in-fluence of imaginery contest on the alpha waves of EEG and electrocardiogram HR.The results showed that during the imag-inery triggering period,alpha waves band power spectrum of EEG was 237.11±31.44(uv)~2 for elite shooters (top rankingshooters of the world) and 553.71±37.01 (uv)~2 for young shooters.The difference between the two groups was notable(P<0.001).The alpha waves index of EEG was 48.89±20.07% for elite shooters and 74.25±6.11% for young shoot-ers.During the imaginery triggering period,the heart rate of electrocardiogram was 92.14±7.93 beats/minute for eliteshooters and 76.50±10.66 beats/minute for young shooters.The difference between the two groups was notable (P<0.001).These findings indicated that during the triggering period in an imaginery contest,the cerebral activity of elite shoot-ers increased,with a higher level of alertness and sympathetic nervous excitement and a faster heart rate.
