【Abstract】 Norfloxacinum ( FPA ) is solved in the excessive NaOH standard solution with KC1 base solution. The excess of NaOH is titrated with HCl standard solution. ZnCl2 is used as an indicator. The change of the Zn2+ incision on dE/dt = f ( E ) curve is used to indicate the end point of titration. The method is simple and rapid. Almost the same results as the indicated values in the pharmacopoeia are obtained when the different specimens are determined.更多还原
