熔渣的化学成分和组织特性对脱渣性的影响
Effect of Chemical Compositions and Structural Properties of Welding Slags on Slag Detachabil ity
【摘要】 通过4种不锈钢焊条对比试验,研究了焊接熔渣的化学成分和组织特征对脱渣性的影响,建立了脱渣性与熔渣成分之间的回归方程。结果表明,熔渣的碱度可以反映各氧化物的交互作用;具有粗大不均匀第二相组织的渣容易去除;渣中较多的白色球状相是导致粘渣的有害组织。
【Abstract】 The effect of chemical compositions and st ructural properties of welding slags on slag detachabil ity is studied using four types of stainless steel electrodes to test. Regression equation is derived for slag detachabil ity to chemical compositions of welding slags.The results show that the basicity of welding slag may reflect mutual effect among each oxide. The slags with second phase of macrocrystalline ang heterogeneous structure can be removed easily. More white rounded phases in slag are a harmful structure which makes it more difficult to remove residual slag.
