【Abstract】 In this paper, the elemntary knowledge of oblique circulant matrix is described briefly and three inverse eigenvalue problems which a-re denoted by Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and best approximation problem which is denoted byⅣ on oblique circulant matrix are presented.
