丁二烯在Ni(naph)2—n—C4H9Li—BF3·OEt2催化体系中的引发聚合

【摘要】 本文报道Ni(naph)2-n-C4H9Li-BF3·OEt2催化体系对丁二烯的聚合活性.发现.只有Ni(naph)2与n-C4H9Li二元陈化方式有较好的聚合活性.聚合物的特性粘度[η]和5%苯乙烯的动力粘度(ηc.p均低.顺式-1,4结构含量约为94%.几乎不生成凝胶。

【Abstract】 The catalytic activity of Ni(naph)2-n-C4H9Li-BF3·OEt2 catalyst system in polymerization of bu- tadiene was studied. The results showed that the catalyst only obtained by ageing Ni and Li two compo- nents has higher polymerizing activity. While changing the molar ratio of Li/Ni and Li/B within a cer- tain range,the Mooney viscosity values (ML)of the products are about 29-45,the intrinsic viscosity (η) is lower, the viscosities, which of 5% solution of them in styrene solvent measured at 25℃ by means of Cannon-Fenske viscometer,are about 63-116 CPS. The cis-1, 4 content is generally about 94%. The gel content is very low. This new type of polybutadiene can be used as modifier of polystyrene resin.
