国产TSH（IRMA）与FT₃、FT₄（RIA）药盒在甲状腺功能试验中的初步应用

【摘要】应用国产TSH（IRMA）药盒与FT₃、FT₄（RIA）药盒对34例正常人和82例不同甲功状态的病人进行了测定,比较各测定指标对不同甲功状态的诊断符合率,并初步分析了各药盒在甲功诊断实际应用中应注意的问题,表明国产药盒完全可取代进口药盒在甲功试验新策略中推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using China-made TSH（IRMA） and FT, FT₄ （IRA）kits, the thyroid functions of 34 normal subjects and 82 patients with different thyroid status were measured. The diagnostic accuracy of these items was compared, and some respects to which attention should be paid in the practice of thyroid function diagnosis were analyzed. The results show that these China-made kits entirely are comparable with those imported kits for the new strategy of thyroid function testing.更多还原
