助剂对F-T合成Fe-Mn共沉淀催化剂的影响 Ⅰ.催化剂程序升温还原过程的考察
Effect of promoters on coprcipitated Fe/Mn catalyst for FT synthesis Ⅰ.Temperature Programmed Reduction of catalysts
【摘要】 考察了助剂La、Ce、V、Zn对共沉淀Fe-Mn催化剂程序升温还原过程(TPR)的影响。研究表明,助剂La、Ce的加入虽抑制了催化剂总的还原过程,但却促进了其中(Fe1-yMny)3O4到(Fe1-2Mn2)O的还原;助剂V的加入改变了催化剂的还原历程,并使其还原速率加快;助剂Zn对催化剂低温还原过程有抑制作用,但对高温还原有促进作用。
【Abstract】 The effect of promoters La,Ce,V and Zn on the Temperature Programmed Reduction (TPR) of coprecipitated Fe/Mn catalyst has been investigated. It was found that both La and Ce can suppress the reduction process of catalyst,but promote the reduction from (Fe1-yMny)3O4 to (Fe1-zMnz)O. The promoter V may change the mechanism of reduction. For the promoter Zn,the reduction process at lower temperature can be inhibited,while this at higher temperature may be improved.
