成型压力对C301铜基甲醇合成催化剂宏观反应速率的影响
Effects of pelleting pressure on reaction rates of C301 Cu-based catalyst for methanol synthesis
【摘要】 计算了不同压片压强在工业生产条件下对C301钢基甲醇合成催化剂宏观反应速度的影响。结果表明,宏观反应速率随压片压强增加先下降,而后逐渐升高,压片压强高,催化剂孔半径小,甲醇合成反应效率因子亦小。
【Abstract】 In the paper,the effects of pelleting pressures on the global reaction rates of C301 Cu-based catalyst for methanol synthesis are studied under commercial conditions. The results indicate that the global reaction rates decline first and then increase as the pelleting pressures tend high. The more higher the polleting pressures,the more less the effectiveness factors of the catalysts are.
