天然气中酸性气体脱除的新方法——膜分离方法
Membrane Seperating Method—A New Method for Removing Acidic Gas from Natural Gas
【摘要】 本文介绍了膜分离方法的基本特点及其在天然气脱酸性气体(CO2及H2S)中的实际应用,并对膜分离法、传统的化学吸收法、物理吸收法脱天然气中CO2时的费用等进行了比较。结果认为,膜法在经济上具有较大的优越性;此外,膜法还具有设备简单、结构紧凑、占地面积小、不需溶液贮存等一系列优点。因此有广阔的应用前景。
【Abstract】 This article describes the essential features of membrane seperating method and its realistic appli- cation to remove acidic gas(CO2 &H2S)from natural gas, compares the cost of membrane sepcrating method with traditional chemical absorption method and physical absorption method in removing CO2. It is recognized that membrane seperating method has widely using prospects because of a series of its advantage such as simple equipment, tight structure, fewer occupancy space, without solution storing etc.
