【摘要】 本文叙述利用柑桔果皮培养黑曲霉进行蛋白质生产的试验。包括培养时间(积温℃·天),无机氨态氮和菌种接种量对干重率、氨态氮转化率和蛋白质产量的影响。并对真菌蛋白产生过程中干物质和氮代谢的平衡参数进行了综合评价。经过适当条件的培养。柑桔果度可由8.3％的起始蛋白质含量(干重)增加到20％以上的蛋白饲料。更多还原

【Abstract】 The enrichment from raw satsuma mandarin peel by using Aspergillus Niger culture has been studied. The experiments were carried out the effects of culture time (integrated temperature Cday),the concentrations of ammonia-nitrogen and suspension of Aspergillus Niger on the dry solid matter,trasformation rate of ammonia-nitrogen and protein content. The balance of dry solid matter and nitrogen metabolism during fungal protein production was calculated. Under adequate conditions during culture,the fungal protein content in raw satsuma mandarin peel was enriched from 8.34％ to above 20％ (dry weight).更多还原
