混凝土斜拉桥的施工控制
A CONSTRUCTION CONTROL SYSTEM FOR P.G.CABLE-STAYED BRIDGES
【摘要】 本文应用工程控制论的基本思想,提出了一个实用的斜拉桥施工控制系统。施工控制对斜拉桥的施工具有特殊的重要意义并有一定的复杂性。本文详细地介绍了这个控制系统的几个关键技术问题。根据P.C.斜拉桥的特点着重解决徐变收缩以及设计参数等对控制的影响。最终达到用微机在施工现场对斜拉桥的外型和斜拉索的索力进行双控的目标。经在浙江省宁波市甬江大桥的实践,证明了本文系统的有效性和实用性。
【Abstract】 Based on the engineering control concept, this paper presents a practical construction control system for concrete cable-stayed bridges in consideration of the effects of both design parameters and the creep and shrinkage of concrete. The system can be performed by using a microcomputer as a measure of the "double Controls" on both the bridge configuration and forces in cables. The system has been adopted for the construction of Yongjiang Bridge and has proved to be considerably effective and applicable.
