【Abstract】 Twenty-five cases in middle age and youth with chest pain of unknown etiologyassociated with abnormal ECG but without confirmed diagnosis were reported.Thepatients’ age ranged from 23-49 years(mean 36.3 years),18 were male and 7 female.Selective coronary arteriography(SCAG)and/or endomyoacardial biopsy(EMB)wereperformed in those patients with significant diagnostic result(92%).It was suggestedthat misdiagnosis was not rare in some CHD and DCM,hence attention should bepaid.更多还原
