【Abstract】 The method of modified tetrazolium dye 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2.5-diphenyl-tetrazolium bromide(MTT)colorimetric assay was compared with the[~3H]-TdR in-corporation assay for antineoplastic sensitivity of chemotherapeutic agents.The resultsshowed that the modified MTT colorimetric assay by turner cell culture in vitro wasnot only easy,rapid and high sensitivity but also valuable in avoiding isotope inexperiments.更多还原
