【摘要】 作者比较了单纯应用强的松(对照组)和强的松加中药扶正强筋片(实验组)对重症肌无力(MG)的治疗效果。结果表明:症状完全缓解者对照组为 28.89％,实验组为 53.33％。复发率对照组为37.78％,实验组为 4.44％。两组症状完全缓解率和复发率比较差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05和 P<0.01)。两组治疗前后乙酰胆碱受体抗体(AChRab)均值比较和治疗前后差值平均数的比较,差异均有极显著性意义(P<0.01)。表明中药扶正强筋片是治疗MG的一种安全、有效的辅助药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 The therapeutic effcet of single prednison was compared with that of prednison in combination with medicinal herbs,Fu Zheng Qiang Jin Pian,on myasthenia gravis (MG) . The rates of complete recuperation were 28. 98% in the patients treated with single drug and 53. 33% in those with combined drugs. But the recurrent rates were 37. 78% and 4.44% ,respectively. There was also a statistically significant difference between prednison therapy group and combination one in sera AChRab titers (P<0. 01). We consider that the therapeutic effect of Fu Zheng Qiang Jin Pian in combination with prednison therapy was better than that of the single prednison. Fu Zheng Qiang Jin Pian may provide a safer and more effective adjuvant medicament for the treatment of MG.更多还原
