【摘要】 本文观察了不同剂量的灵芝对老龄小白鼠血浆脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量、红细胞内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及肝组织中微量元素含量的影响。结果表明:灵芝可不同程度地降低小鼠血浆中LPO含量和提高红细胞内SOD活性,增加肝组织中硒含量和降低铜含量。提示灵芝具有抗衰老作用,并对其抗衰老作用的机理进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper presents our observation on the effect of Ganoderma Lucidum on serum lipid peroxide (LPO) ,superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities in red cells and such trace elements as Zn.Cu.Se and Mn in hepatic tissues of the elderly rats. The results of our observation showed that as compared with the control group,serum LPO and Cu were re duced.the activities of SOD and serum Se increased.and no significant change of srum Zn and Mn was noted. The mechanism of action of the Ganoderma Lucidum against senility is also discussed.更多还原
